Sushi
Sushi is undoubtedly one of the most attractive dish for people come to Japan. Sushi has over 1,300 years history in Japan, and be loved by many fans. These days, not only the traditional style sushi restaurant with counter table, but also sushi train restaurant is really popular. In sushi train restaurant, you can enjoy sushi with low price compare with the traditional style, so we recommend that place too. Of course, there are many sushi restaurants in abroad, but you can not decide the taste of Sushi before try them in Japan. Freshness, hospitality and atmosphere, please check them. You would be surprised!
Ramen
Have you ever heard the name Ramen? Actually, it has its origin in China, but it has completely customized for Japan in 100years, and nowadays we can call it is one of Japanese culture. There some famous area for Rame, like Hakata, Kyushu(Pork based smooth soup), Toyama (Soy sauce based soup, the color is surprisingly BLACK!) and Kyoto(Soy sauce based soup with pork lard). So you can maybe pick one and add to your dinner plan!
Tempura
Tempura is one of the most popular dish with fresh seafood, vegetables and oil. This food has been loved in Japan for long time, since Portuguese missionaries introduced them. And nowadays, you can find Tempura restaurants in almost every where in Japan. Tempura restaurants generally have typical Japanese style interior, so you can enjoy that Japanese atmosphere too. When Tempura was served, you can choose from two ways to eat. Salt, or “Ten-tsuyu” sauce from soy sauce and “Dashi” Japanese bouillon. My recommendation is salt since you can feel rich ingredient’s taste directly!
